When will my order arrive?
We aim to dispatch all orders from our warehouse within 5 working days of your purchase.
Once shipped, your parcel will usually arrive within 10–20 working days, depending on your delivery location and local courier service.

How much is shipping?
We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $2.99 USD on all orders, worldwide.
Your shipping cost will be clearly shown at checkout before payment is completed.
Do you ship to the UK and internationally?
Yes — we currently offer worldwide shipping, including the United Kingdom.
If, for any reason, your delivery address falls outside the coverage of our courier partners, we’ll contact you promptly and help arrange the best available solution for your order.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Yes — address changes may be possible, but they must be requested before 11:00 PM (PDT) on the same day your order is placed.

Once an order has entered processing or dispatch, we may no longer be able to amend the delivery details.
Can I ship to an address different from my billing address?
Yes, absolutely.
You may enter a different delivery address at checkout, so your order can be sent to your home, workplace, or directly to someone else.

Orders are processed and dispatched on standard business days only (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays.
