We want you to feel confident shopping with us. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 180 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- the item must be unused and in its original condition
- all original tags must still be attached
- the item must be returned with its invoice or order confirmation
Once your return has been received and checked, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 working days, or you may choose an exchange where applicable.

How to Return an Item
1. Request a Return

2. Prepare Your Parcel
Please pack the item(s) securely to avoid damage during transit and include your invoice or order details inside the parcel.
If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable protective packaging to ensure the item is returned safely.
3. Send Your Return
Attach your shipping label securely to the parcel and make sure any old shipping labels are removed or fully covered.
You may return your parcel using a trusted local courier or postal service.
4. Refund, Exchange or Store Credit
Once your parcel has arrived at our returns facility, we’ll email you to confirm receipt.
After inspection, eligible items may qualify for one of the following:
- full refund
- exchange
- store credit
Full-price items
Full-price items may be eligible for:
- exchange
- store credit
- refund
Sale items
Sale items may be eligible for:
- exchange
- store credit
unless marked as Final Sale
Refunds are typically processed within 7 working days after the returned item has been received and approved.
