How do I place an order?

Placing an order is quick and simple:

  1. Add your favourite items to your basket
  2. Proceed to checkout using either:
    • Website Checkout
    • PayPal
  3. Enter your delivery and contact details, including:
    • email address
    • full name
    • shipping address
  4. If you have a valid discount code, enter it in the Discount box and click Apply
  5. Continue to shipping, then payment
  6. Review your order and click Complete Order

Once your order has been placed successfully, you’ll see an on-screen confirmation and also receive a confirmation email.

What if an item is missing or I receive the wrong product?

If anything is missing from your order, or if you’ve received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at service@gzrrelt.com

To help us resolve this quickly, please include:

  • your Order Number
  • a brief explanation of the issue
  • a clear photo (image size under 1MB if possible)

If we’ve made a mistake, we’ll send the correct item to you free of charge.

And if the wrong item was sent, you usually won’t need to return it — you may keep it with our compliments.


How do I know my order has gone through?

Once your order has been successfully placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with:

  • your Order Number
  • a summary of your purchase
  • your order details

If you haven’t received this email, please check your junk/spam folder first, or contact us for assistance.


Can I change the items in my order after placing it?

Yes — amendments may be possible, but only if requested before 11:00 PM (PDT) on the same day the order was placed.

Please note that once an order has entered processing, changes may no longer be possible.


How do I add items to my basket?

To add an item to your basket:

  1. Visit the product page of the item you’d like to purchase
  2. Select any required options or preferences
  3. Click Add to Cart

You’ll then be taken to your basket, where you can either continue shopping or proceed to checkout.


How can I view what’s in my basket?

To see the items in your basket, simply click the basket/cart icon at the top of the website.

From there, you can:

  • review your selected items
  • update quantities
  • remove unwanted products
  • proceed to checkout

How do I remove an item from my basket?

Open your basket by clicking the cart icon at the top of the page.

Find the item you’d like to remove, then click Remove.
Your basket will update automatically.


How do I change the quantity of an item in my basket?

Go to your basket and locate the item you’d like to update.

Use the Quantity selector to increase or reduce the number of items.
Your total will update automatically once the quantity has been changed.
